Spam musubi is the most popular side dish served at just about every Hawaiian styled fast food restaurant in Hawaii and on the mainland. This acrylic mold is used to shape and compress dried seaweed wrapped around a rice base topped with a slice of plain spam or seasoned with your favorite sauce.. It was designed and sized specifically to be prepared with Hormel canned spam. Neat huh!
