This pasty base can be used in a variety of ways. Most notably make Kim chee out of cabbage, won bok, turnips, or any of your other favorite veggies. It is also used as a soup base or flavor enhancer in many Asian-styled spicy dishes. Made in Hawaii and is ready to ship from our Hawaiian store.
